As a strategic business partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Small Medium Enterprise (SME) businesses in the region.About the Role
  • This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement strategic plans that align with divisional objectives, while managing the operating framework for your department.
  • You will be responsible for driving strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region, including developing yearly Business development plans for SME clients.
  • Achieve set targets and maintain high performance standards through effective management of operating frameworks and work processes.
  • Articulate region-specific strategies for product growth and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development Team.
  • Lead and manage people and teams, including career management, coaching, and talent development.
  • Formulate recruitment strategies and review quality principles to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Sponsor quality standards and ensure fraud control policies are in place to minimize risk and protect assets.
  • Maintain minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) in the region.
  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for key roles, provide mentoring, and monitor achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports.
  • Review internal control systems and take corrective action based on audit findings to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
