Talent Acquisition Specialist

4–7 Years of Experience Required

We are seeking a skilled talent acquisition specialist with experience in driving recruitment processes in global shared services environments.

The role involves partnering with stakeholders, leveraging recruitment technology, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences while hiring for mid to senior-level roles across engineering and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand talent needs and workforce planning strategies.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and passive candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Optimize vendor partnerships to ensure quality hiring outcomes and efficient recruitment processes.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools for reporting and insights generation.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives, campus hiring programs, and internship pipelines development.
  • Deploy psychometric and technical assessment tools to support fair and effective selection processes.
  • Implement recruitment automation solutions to improve efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Track, measure, and report recruitment metrics to leadership teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of hiring for engineering and support functions at mid to senior levels.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management and vendor management capabilities.
  • Experience in campus hiring and early talent programs.
  • Familiarity with recruitment automation tools is an advantage.
Preferred Certifications:
  • Talent Acquisition or HR Analytics certifications will be beneficial.
