We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at NEXUS CONSULTING SOLUTIONS. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive business growth, develop new markets, and establish strong relationships with clients.

About the Job
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND STAKEHOLDERS
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through research and market analysis
- Conducting presentations and pitches to secure new contracts and expand existing relationships
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, business administration)
- At least 5-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the architectural building materials industry
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, relationship-building, and account management
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply
- Familiarity with market research tools and techniques, as well as CRM software
- An estimated salary range of ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
