Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales teams to drive business for secured business loans and LAP through direct sourcing.

  • Recruit, train, and manage teams of relationship managers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in sales of secured business loans and LAP.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
