Job Description

This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. As a Front Office Executive at The Punarnava Resort, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet guests, register them, and assign rooms according to their preferences. Ensure timely issue of room keys and maintain proper key control.
  • Telephone Operations: Answer telephone calls in the absence of the operator, transmit and receive messages, and set up wake-up calls for guests.
  • Mail and Messages: Date stamp, sort, and rack incoming mail and messages promptly.
  • Information and Assistance: Provide guests with information on hotel services, registration procedures, shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
  • Financial Transactions: Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests. Make and confirm reservations, post charges to guest folios, and deposit valuable items in the hotel safe or safe deposit box.
  • Checkout Process: Check out guests efficiently and inquire about their stay to ensure satisfaction.
