**Responsibilities**:

- Managing Analytical Development functions
- Analytical Method Development and Validation
- For developing methods for the analysis of new/existing molecules and carrying out its validation
- Quality improvement
- Impurity Identification and characterization
- To identify impurities generated in the process and characterize them.
- Stability study of new Products
- To ensure stability studies of products of new molecules developed by R&D are carried out
- Handling Audit related work
- To ensure proper Documents and work related to audit and customer requirements
- Handling the HPLC, UV & Other QC related instruments
