**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking an HR Leader to join our team and drive strategic initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a lean PNC & TA team, setting clear KPIs, balancing workloads, and driving accountability. Responsibilities will include overseeing global mobility and travel operations, owning HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).

The HR Leader will champion employee experience by implementing office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans. Additionally, they will own culture-building strategy and execution, designing targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.

The role requires the ability to embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events. The HR Leader will also design and approve total-rewards framework, prioritize and review Learning & Development: SteepGraph University curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting.

Key qualifications for this role include a Post Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or institute. The ideal candidate will have around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.

A strong analytical skillset is required to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday is preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels are essential.
