We are seeking a seasoned Unit HR Head to spearhead our human resources strategy and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies in collaboration with unit leadership, aligned with business objectives and goals.
  • Foster a positive work culture through various employee engagement initiatives and regular communication with employees.
  • Implement Continuous Performance Management System, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms, in partnership with Corporate HR.
  • Identify high-potential employees and support their development through the Talent Development Centre.
  • Collaborate with Corporate HR to enhance employee competencies through Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
  • Drive recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees.
  • Lead talent acquisition for the unit, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates.
  • Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires.
  • Identify training needs and conduct training programs within the unit, in partnership with Corporate L&D.
  • Mentor and lead the unit HR team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree + MBA in Human Resources.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in HRBP roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative team environment.
