Job Opportunity:

As a seasoned HR professional, we are seeking an experienced leader to head the Human Resources Operations function. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and managing senior HR leaders.

The selected candidate will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with our organization's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end HR Operations across the organization
  • Manage and mentor Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams
  • Drive implementation and governance of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks
  • Take ownership of Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Strengthen and scale HRIS systems, workflows, and reporting mechanisms
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Proactively handle grievance redressal and workplace practices
  • Define and implement best practices in HR operations
  • Act as a key liaison with internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills:

  • MBA in HR from top-tier institutions
  • 20+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations
  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level while managing complex operational details
  • Experience reporting to CXO/CHRO-level leadership
