Job Title: Senior HR Manager

 

At a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations. This role requires an individual with exceptional leadership skills to manage the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive work culture while ensuring compliance with labor laws.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, coordinating with department heads to meet manpower requirements.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations: Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives, acting as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling, promoting a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Performance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking KPIs and assisting managers in goal setting and reviews.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain employee records in HRMS, handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination, ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Learning & Development: Identify training needs in consultation with managers, coordinate and track employee learning initiatives.

 

Qualifications & Skills:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and HRMS systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
