Our company is currently seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead our efforts in reimagining enterprise architecture with a focus on business process and business architecture.

Cross-domain knowledge in core functions like HR, Supply Chain, and Procurement is essential for success in this role.

An in-depth understanding of domain areas such as Energy, Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare, Retail, or BFS is necessary to drive the digital transformation strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Process Re-Engineering and Process Mining, as well as hands-on experience with Process Tools, Frameworks, and Techniques.

A comprehensive Business Architecture strategy aligned with business objectives must be designed and communicated by the successful candidate.

Collaboration with business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with IT strategy is crucial.

Establishing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure enterprise architecture effectiveness is also a key responsibility.

Regulatory requirements and certifications must be ensured by the Enterprise Architect.

Data analysis using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is a required skill.

Evaluation of technology platforms and solutions for alignment with enterprise architecture strategy is necessary.

Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are essential for success in this role.

EAM Tools and EA certifications, such as TOGAF, are desirable but not required.
