Job Description:

Leadership Role for Enterprise Transformation

You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs with a focus on improving operational efficiency, quality, and cost reduction across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Alignment: Drive strategic business outcomes by aligning transformation initiatives with enterprise goals.
  • Innovation Leadership: Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies, including machine learning, predictive analytics, and automation to drive process improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and minimize variation in critical business processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to execute transformation initiatives that deliver tangible value.
  • Digital Maturity: Lead the organizational shift towards greater digital maturity by focusing on areas like AI literacy and digital transformation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / shared services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/Ml initiatives with a deep understanding of the entire model lifecycle.
