Digital Transformation Senior Manager Role

This is a leadership position responsible for driving the digital transformation agenda across stakeholders. The incumbent will be required to partner closely with Operations/Functions to ensure alignment of Quality initiatives with vertical/functional strategic priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute roadmaps that solve business problems/opportunities in the F&A domain, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Business Process Re-engineering, along with technology solutions like Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
  • Deliver effective digital projects, RPA bots, AIML projects, and Six Sigma projects in collaboration with cross-functional global leads and client leadership.
  • Provide analytical and conceptual direction to business analysts throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring alignment and integrity of deliverables with program and strategic objectives.
  • Champion the implementation and adoption of standard Global Processes and support operational excellence and automation, implementing best practices and driving efficiency and standardization as approved by leads.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six sigma, COE projects to mitigate process issues and improve Operational efficiencies identified across towers.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete all In-Scope CI Projects, engaging and leveraging lean six sigma practices and processes.
  • Support Operations to meet key transformation objectives of clients and deliver required business value, productivity.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Certified Black belt
  • Experience in driving RPA programs and deploying RPA across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in the F&A domain, leading transformations across all sub-processes like Manual Journals, Fixed Asset, Reconciliation, etc.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma Methodology.
  • Experience in managing client discussions and driving large transformation programs.

Project Management skills: Strong influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management are required.
