Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the strategic IT partner to Markets/Business Units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
  • Lead deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions, such as DVC, GE shop floor solutions, Paperless, and others.
  • Drive end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensure digital solutions integrate with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Oversee project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for digital manufacturing programs, managing stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
  • 10–12 years of relevant IT experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing digitization and shop floor automation.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and digital transformation within plant environments.
  • Hands-on experience deploying shop floor/industrial digitization programs, such as MES, SCADA, GE shop floor automation solutions.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in matrixed organizations and collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
  • Experience in consulting or leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in business-level English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset and focus on execution.
