We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to assume overall delivery responsibility for projects and work closely with technical stakeholders from various backgrounds to ensure optimal solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Participate in technical discussions, position technical trade-offs, and present/explain decisions to non-technical stakeholders
  2. Work closely with project stakeholders to define project plans, KRAs, and processes
  3. Communicate project status and structure across the team and departments
  4. Ensure project timelines are met, and potential problems are identified and addressed
  5. Manage day-to-day progress, including risk assessment and problem resolution
  6. Conduct project reviews according to prescribed process/structure
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert regarding workflow, processes, capacity, timelines, etc.
  8. Participate in cross-functional teams to develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows
  9. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expertise in managing full project management life cycle for implementing complex IT and business initiatives
  2. Deep understanding of functional scope, design, and technology to ensure right solutions are delivered
  3. Proven ability to engage with highly technical stakeholders and explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  4. Understanding of executing projects in multiple areas such as Supply Chain, eCommerce, IoT, Digital Twins, Cloud Infrastructure, Industrial Operations Management
  5. Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management, and planning skills
  6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  7. Self-motivated, team player with results orientation
  8. Ability to work under tight project deadlines
