UX Designer Position

As a software engineer with UX design experience, you'll help build the digital future of finance with us.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design responsive user interfaces for banking websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
  • Participate in development from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
  • Break down complex design problems into actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest mobile design trends and standards.
  • Create graphic design assets like banners, event designs, and marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Banking experience is preferable
  • Experience designing web/mobile applications
  • Expertise in UX design, journey mapping, prototyping, UX copywriting, information architecture, and Digital Transformation & Design System
  • Agile, Scrum environment experience
  • Deep understanding of human interface design guidelines, Android design, and other mobile platform designs
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Experience Designer, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other design tools
  • Strong graphic design skills for creating marketing collateral and digital product design
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
