Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage customer and operational data to uncover trends, informing strategic decisions that drive growth and innovation.
  • Capture needs, pain points, and expected outcomes from stakeholders, mapping processes and translating requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Prioritize the product backlog, managing the full lifecycle from concept to scale-up, and lead sprints to deliver measurable business results.
  • Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and solution design, ensuring compliance with industry standards and scalable workflows.
  • Bridge business and technical teams, communicate roadmaps and priorities, maintain documentation and change controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in digital transformation, product ownership, or similar roles preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, driving innovation and improvement.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain workflows.
  • Familiarity with ERP, SCM, WMS, CRM, and IoT systems.
  • Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and data modeling.
  • Proficiency in BI and analytical tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Data-driven mindset with capability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and design optimized solutions.
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
