Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Finance Transformation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering business transformation through Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

As a Digital Finance Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for advising clients on how to optimize their financial processes and systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering and analyzing business requirements to design effective solutions.
  • Leading and participating in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations, focusing on finance and trade functionalities.
  • Developing solution demos, proposals, and effort estimations to support client engagements.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and managing projects to ensure successful delivery.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You should also possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with 3–8 years' experience in ERP/D365 Finance & Operations. A degree in a relevant field, such as CA or MBA, is preferred. Microsoft certification is also desirable.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong functional knowledge: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Fixed Assets.
  • ERP implementation/project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CA / ICWA / MBA / B.E / B.Tech (or equivalent).
  • Microsoft certification preferred.
