Key Responsibilities:

  • People Insights: Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations aimed at enhancing performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Talent Readiness: Ensure the organization is adequately prepared to meet evolving business demands through targeted talent development initiatives.
  • Change Enablement: Design and execute change management initiatives effectively to drive positive outcomes.
  • Employee Retention and Engagement: Enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted interventions.
  • Performance Optimization: Foster a culture of high performance by leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS) and capability-building interventions.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience.
  • Process Enhancement: Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
  • Employee Experience: Enhance the employee experience aiming to improve retention and motivation.
  • Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
  • Leadership Support: Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters.
  • Innovation in People Initiatives: Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Employee Sentiment Analysis: Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
  • Separation Formalities: Facilitate smooth off-boarding processes for departing employees.
