About the Position

As the Senior Director, Product Design you will lead the design team and be the lead for our design strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our company by designing and releasing intuitive and powerful solutions that will empower both our internal teams and external users. In this role, you'll build and lead a team of talented product designers, setting a vision for user experience across our products.

  • Design Vision: Define and drive the holistic design direction for our products, ensuring a consistent, high-quality user experience across internal and external applications. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI, UX, and product design.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work with HR, learning & development teams to influence and evolve career frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and talent aspirations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders in product management, engineering, and data science to align on product strategy, goals, and roadmaps.
  • User Advocacy: Advocate for the user through research, testing, and feedback, ensuring design decisions are informed by a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors.

You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to ensure designs not only meet user needs but also push the boundaries of what's possible with AI.
