We're an investment platform that uses blockchain technology to create seamless connections between asset managers and investors. Our platform digitizes the entire asset lifecycle, enabling more people to participate in high-quality opportunities.

We're seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with expertise in Webflow to join our team. As a hybrid role, you'll be responsible for driving user experience and interface design for our core Fintech product while also owning our public-facing websites built on Webflow.

The ideal candidate is proficient in both UX/UI design and Webflow development. You'll have strong skills in creating intuitive product designs in Figma and building complex, pixel-perfect websites in Webflow. Your work will play a crucial role in shaping our digital presence and ensuring a seamless experience for users across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop end-to-end design processes for new product features, from concept to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Translate complex financial concepts into simple, accessible user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful user interfaces.
Webflow Development & Management:
  • Design, build, manage, and optimize our company websites using Webflow.
  • Architect complex component structures and layouts within Webflow.
  • Manage Webflow's CMS for various content types.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions to create engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites as needed.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate expertise in building complex components.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
