Key Responsibilities:
  1. Apply Design Thinking: Participate in brainstorming and design thinking sprints to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  2. Conduct Research: Assist in field studies, usability testing, user interviews, and documentation of insights to gain a deeper understanding of user needs.
  3. UI + Visuals: Contribute to wireframes, UI screens, icons, and prototypes in Figma to bring your designs to life.
  4. Prototyping: Support in creating low-to-mid fidelity prototypes; learn to refine interactions and transitions to deliver exceptional user experiences.
  5. Testing & Iteration: Observe and conduct basic usability tests, prepare feedback reports, and iterate on designs to ensure they meet user expectations.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and outreach team to turn insights into features that benefit users.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Graduate in Design or any related field preferred, but not required. A graduate in any field may also apply if they have earned an Industry-recognized certification in various areas of UX with an adequate portfolio to match.
  2. 0 to 2 years of experience in UX Design is highly valued.
  3. A small but thoughtful portfolio (coursework, side projects, case studies, self-initiated projects – all welcome) showcasing your skills and creativity.
  4. Proficient in design software: Figma, Miro.
  5. Familiarity with slide-presentation, video-editing, word processing, spreadsheets, and tinkering with newer AI tools etc.
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt new-generation AI tools for research and design. Experience of using AI-driven tools is a plus.
  7. Good communication skills in English and Hindi (bonus if you know more regional languages).
  8. Most importantly: openness to fieldwork and talking to real users.
