User Experience Innovator

We are seeking a User Experience Innovator to lead our UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution. The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design, a strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies, and proficiency in Figma, along with tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and other prototyping platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation.
- Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback.
- Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows.
- Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes.
- Experience designing across web, mobile apps, and trading terminals.
- Exposure to real-time user behavior data at scale.
- Opportunity to work on multiple investment journeys: equities, mutual funds, bonds, AIFs, FDs, and more.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience.
Able to drive design-led innovation to improve user adoption and satisfaction.
