Customer Support Representative

About the Role
At 2coms, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clients, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients via phone and chat
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
Requirements
- Min. 6 months experience in International Voice Process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Flexibility to work in shifts and be available to work on weekends and holidays
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Good technical knowledge
