Role: Customer Advocate
Our company is seeking a Customer Advocate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers and guiding them through the implementation process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and ensure a seamless implementation process.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to customers addressing any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Create and deliver training sessions or materials to educate customers on best practices and maximize their use of our offerings.
