- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and drive product improvements.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively troubleshoot and provide solutions.
- Design and deliver training sessions or materials to educate clients on best practices and maximize their use of our offerings.
