Customer Engagement Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Homegenie Building Products Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls for lead generation. Your primary objective will be to communicate with customers through their preferred channels, including phone, email, WhatsApp, or SMS, to provide them with details about our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: You will be responsible for qualifying leads and assigning them to CROs for further follow-up.
- Regular Follow-ups: You will need to conduct regular follow-ups with customers to convert them into prospective leads.
- Segmentation: You will be responsible for segmenting or filtering leads into valid or invalid categories.
- Reporting: You will need to provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the lead manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers.
- Product Knowledge: You should have a good understanding of our products and be able to communicate their features and benefits to customers.
