Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at CapTalent HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice processes and experience in customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
- Fluency in English with additional language skills in Telugu or Hindi.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in voice processes (telecalling).
- Any graduation qualification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary range: 15,000 to 23,000 In Hand Per Month.
- Negotiable salary based on the weightage of the profile.
