Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Executive to join our team at CapTalent HR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice processes and experience in customer support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Resolve customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements
  • Fluency in English with additional language skills in Telugu or Hindi.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in voice processes (telecalling).
  • Any graduation qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: 15,000 to 23,000 In Hand Per Month.
  • Negotiable salary based on the weightage of the profile.
