Key Responsibilities:

  2. Product Knowledge: Offer detailed information about our products, pricing, and availability, showcasing your expertise.
  3. Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and meet their expectations.
  4. Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and data in various platforms.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
