Customer Experience Resolution Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Experience Resolution Specialist to join our team at Walmart Global Tech. This role will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and possess a customer-focused mindset with a high level of urgency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Use available resources to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed quality and compliance guidelines
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of urgency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word)
- Successful completion of mandatory training
Working Conditions:
This is a 24/7 work environment with rotating weekly time off. The selected candidate may be required to work permanent night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis.
