Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Expert to join our team at ADCI - Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting skills to customers using the Kindle operating system.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a cutting-edge customized operating system that is purpose-built and optimized for book reading and note-writing purposes. As a Technical Support Expert, you will be working closely with multiple teams internally to identify and resolve issues related to the operating system.
Responsibilities
- Mine through large sets of logs to identify patterns of data and troubleshoot issues
- Owning monitoring key metrics, maintaining dashboards, and creating automated alarms to detect failures
- Partnering with multiple teams internally for successful root-causing of issues and creating generic dashboards to monitor health of Kindle
- Providing excellent verbal and written communication skills to customers and internal stakeholders
- Identifying problems before they happen and implementing solutions to prevent outages
- Accurately prioritizing projects, making sound judgments, and improving the customer experience
Requirements
- 1+ year of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
