Customer Experience Specialist

About the Role
Equiniti is a leading international provider of shareholder, pension, remediation, and credit technology. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of quality checking, complaint analysis, trend analysis, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and emails from shareholders, assisting them with their queries within agreed service standards.
- Respond to basic queries, referring to senior colleagues where appropriate.
- Contribute to the completion of the team's workload.
- Improve own skills and knowledge within the operational team, identifying areas for improvement to processes and services.
- Ensure compliance with Equiniti's procedures, standards, and reporting requirements, as well as relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.

Requirements
