- Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with additional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi)
- 1 year of experience in voice process (telecalling)
- Preferred industry: Banking, NBFC, Mutual Fund, Domestic BPO company, Insurance
