Your Responsibilities:
- You will be the first point of contact and gateway to more advanced services, providing first-line support to our customers and the global HE networks.
- You will play the role of L1 support wherever applicable, responding to incoming inquiries via telephone, emails, and other possible channels efficiently with confidence and professionalism.
- You will be a customer advocate, ensuring timely response to issues and problem resolution, and escalating as necessary.
- You will be responsible for providing required support to customers during runtime activities and providing online troubleshooting support and resolution.
- You will ensure participation in 24/7 availability, living HITACHI ENERGY TECHNOLOGY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED's core values of safety and integrity.
- Your Background:
- You should have basic knowledge in electrical engineering/science, a bachelor's degree in science, and a diploma in engineering (preferred).
- You should have prior experience of being in a customer support role for 1-2 years.
- You should have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to converse with customers politely and effectively through telephone/live chat/emails.
- You should have high focus on customers and their needs.
- You should be proficient in English language.
