We are seeking an accomplished Business Accelerator to spearhead the growth and performance of our products. This role entails end-to-end responsibility for assigned product business numbers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong execution skills, and be comfortable working with data to drive experimentation and optimize business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Growth Ownership:
  • Own and drive key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Data Science, Product, Brand, Marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  1. Growth Strategy and Execution:
  • Own the growth strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  1. Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  1. Key Business Metrics Ownership:
  • Drive key business metrics, including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), revenue growth, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  1. Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.
  1. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners to scale acquisition and business programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (finance, product, marketing, etc.) to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful execution of growth initiatives.
  1. Continuous Experimentation & Optimization:
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation techniques to optimize business and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze customer behavior data to inform and continuously refine growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Experience in owning the P&L of a product/category, and driving growth in high-performance environments.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive growth.
