Partnership Development Executive

Job Summary:
At Draup Business Solution Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Development Specialist to join our team in North America. This role will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing strategic partners across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies for partnership growth and development, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
* Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities, conducting market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs and addressing any issues or concerns.
* Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Track and analyze partnership performance metrics, preparing regular reports on partnership status, performance, and outcomes.
Requirements:
* 3-7 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or related roles.
* Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners.
* Experience working with North American markets is mandatory.
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, excellent negotiation and communication skills, and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
