We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Partnerships professional to join our team at Arthan, a leading organization dedicated to social development and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying and securing new funding opportunities, and managing existing accounts to align with client priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present client proposals that address their needs and align with CSR and sustainability goals.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with client expectations.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance client engagement and program impact.
  • Funding Opportunities: Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and CSR programs that align with client interests and company goals.
  • Client Retention: Design alternative projects and programs to retain and satisfy existing clients as their priorities evolve.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate funding, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the social sector or related fields.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working with NGOs and non-profit organizations is advantageous.
