Job Title:

Branch Management Leader

We are seeking an exceptional Branch Management Leader to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through strategic decision-making and strong leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals, focusing on equity trading, third-party product selling, and new client acquisition.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, PMS, structured products, and fixed income instruments.
  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring seamless execution of equity trading and other financial services, while maintaining operational efficiency and adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and mentor the branch team, including equity dealers, relationship managers, and other staff, providing training and coaching to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and result-driven work culture that prioritizes client satisfaction and delivers exceptional service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and retail clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on equity market trends, macroeconomic developments, and corporate actions, providing insights and guidance to the team and clients for informed investment decisions.
  • Assist clients with portfolio diversification and risk management strategies, ensuring all branch operations comply with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor trading activities to mitigate operational and investment risks, conducting regular audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
