Job Title: Senior Financial Manager

The role of Senior Financial Manager is critical in overseeing the financial operations of an organization. This position involves strategic planning, financial analysis, and decision-making to drive business growth and success.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve organizational goals
  • Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
  • Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA, CMA, or other relevant certification preferred
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-7 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
