Financial Planning and Control Expert

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and control, with experience in reviewing and approving recommendations for financial planning and control. They should be able to provide relevant fiscal information to executive management teams.

  • Review and analyze company level monthly MIS reports to identify areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with P&L heads to identify reasons for margin variances across categories.
  • Develop and implement effective accounting and financial controls.
  • Prepare annual operating plans and financial forecasts for the company.
  • Coordinate with P&L and country teams for group budgeting activities.
  • Manage working capital by reviewing overdue debtors, slow or non-moving inventory, and cash flow requirements.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can establish an environment of continuous improvement and eliminate administrative non-value added tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to develop and manage financial systems and policies effectively.
