Senior Business Development Manager

This role is responsible for managing the business group's performance with bank employees, and building strong relationships with various departments to drive sales growth.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with different departments to close cases and champion product and process to drive top-line sales through the business sales team.
  • Train key officials to enhance their understanding of the business, increase seller activation, and provide market feedback on competition and other products.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships through engagement with partner zonal leadership teams, operations, credit teams, DSAs, SMs, field sales staff, and across functions.
  • Track penetration performance and publish dashboards with Group Operations.
  • Measure and monitor various metrics (files, sum assured penetration rates, seller activation, claim denial rates/pending rates, rejection ratios, medical TATs) to minimize them and adhere to TATs, contributing to product improvement.
  • Monitor and control post-sales processes.
  • Manage complete claims operations and end-to-end processes.
