
Business Development Manager

As a merchant service specialist, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and deepening portfolio growth.
Key responsibilities include increasing product holding ratios and volume growth in existing accounts, as well as jointly managing current account float with the product team.
You will also be responsible for strategic alliances with key partners within the payment ecosystem and driving profitability of the acquiring portfolio along with the product team.
Additionally, you will acquire new accounts of large enterprises/merchants and manage sales teams to expand and grow the acquiring business in the region.
Retention of merchants through cross-sell of allied banking products is also a critical aspect of this role.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Result-oriented approach and strong execution skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Aggressive & ability to work under pressure
- Interpersonal & influencing skills
Additionally, a degree in any field and 1-5 years of work experience in the banking sector and payments industry is preferred.
