Job Title:

A successful Agent Development Professional required to lead the team and drive business growth through effective agent recruitment, development, and customer centricity.

Responsibilities:
  • Agent Recruitment: Develop innovative strategies for agent sourcing, build a diverse agent pipeline, and enhance existing agent footfall through targeted referrals.
  • Agent Development: Ensure comprehensive product knowledge through MLI training, facilitate field demonstrations, and foster agent prospecting habits, calling skills, and work ethic.
  • Meet Business Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans by improving agent productivity, persistency, and product mix sales ratios.
  • Customer Centricity: Embed MLI brand values, develop deep customer loyalty, and hold regular customer meetings to understand needs and preferences.

  • Sourcing & Selection: Identify top talent and implement efficient hiring processes.
  • Talent Nurturing: Develop and retain high-performing agents through coaching and mentorship.
  • Results-Oriented: Drive business growth by achieving key performance indicators.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service experiences.
MOS (Measure of Success):
  1. Business Plan Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
  2. Agent Activation: Recruit and develop a strong agent base, meeting plan requirements.
  3. Persistency: Maintain a high level of agent activity and sales performance.
  4. GOLD Score: Achieve excellence in business performance, measured against MLI standards.
  5. EC/MDRT Agents: Foster a culture of excellence, with a significant number of EC/MDRT agents.
  6. Education & Experience: Minimum Graduate degree, preferably MBA or Post-Graduation, with 2 years of experience in sales.
