Job Title: Sales and Business Development Manager

Job Description:

As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for our regions. This includes identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and developing strategies to achieve targets in designated areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the entire process of lead management, sales, and business development for our regions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve targets in designated areas.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing clients.
  • Provide market intelligence, data analytics, and insights to our Marketing team to launch promotional and customer communication initiatives.
  • Ensure 100% coverage of new projects launched by our clients.
  • Map new projects & new brokers in designated territories and acquisition of new projects and new brokers to ensure coverage across designated territories.

Requirements:

For this role, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 3-5 years of experience in B2B/Channel sales. The ideal candidate should have worked in a real estate business, possess an outgoing personality and be confident & self-motivated, with dexterity in creating and delivering presentations.
