
Sales Business Growth Manager

Job Description
- Responsible for the business mix of commercial and consumer lines.
- Oversee growth in GPW/Non Motor GPW and maintain hygiene with cheque bounce and receivables.
- Focus on retention, recruitment, activation, and pipeline management.
- Coach agents to cross-sell and grow their business.
- Ensure individual agent growth year-on-year.
- Maintain IRDA compliance regarding licensing and commission payments.
- Guarantee quality of applications.
- Support producers in policy services.
- Recruit and appoint agents for general insurance business.
- Train agents on products, process, and USPs.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Achieve overall targets assigned for the fiscal period.
- Multi-line target achievement.
Service Excellence
Meet service excellence standards.
- Issuance of policies within 7 days.
- Refunds within 10 days.
- Quotes within 48 hours within branch authority.
Measure Settlements
Ensure and monitor claim settlements with agreed turnaround time.
- Within 7 days of receipt of all documentation.
Stakeholder Interfaces
Experience
Minimum 3-6 years of experience.
General insurance industry experience is preferred.
Education
Graduation or any professional degree.
Insurance certification - Associate level (desired).
