The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing at a high-growth IT services company, with a proven history of scaling marketing and sales channels in a service business, leading to revenue growth.

The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, and experience working with USA-based companies in a 'niche' creative services domain.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy and management across all channels, including Email Marketing, UpWork, Account-based Sales, and LinkedIn.
  • Define a predictable outbound strategy to generate leads and acquire new customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design, test, and evolve lead nurturing tactics.
