Business Development Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in direct sales and sales management to drive growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Design, analyze, oversee, and execute growth strategies roadmap, new programs and strategic partnerships.
  • Implement sales initiatives to attain and surpass sales target achievement and expand the customer base in support of business expansion.
  • Nurture and engage leads/prospects and convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Track and manage all opportunities for potential sales across the pipeline to penetrate and attract prospects and convert them into recurring revenue.

You will work closely with Marketing and Presales teams to generate and qualify new leads, eliminate delays or gaps in proposal/collateral submission to clients, and nurture prospects.

Requirements:
  • Strong experience with an expert's ability to establish and meet sales targets, goals and objectives, and forecast monthly/quarterly revenues.
  • 10+ years of experience in direct selling and sales management role with majority of experience in the relevant geography.
  • Must have proven experience in meeting Sales Targets year on year with an appetite to grow business in multiple verticals.
  • High level of motivation and solid business acumen with strong communication and presentation skills.
