Are you a strategic HR leader seeking a new challenge? Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to lead their Human Resources team in a manufacturing setting. As Head of HR, you will play a critical role in driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
About the Role:
We are seeking a postgraduate in HR/IR/Personnel Management with 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or plant HR. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of labor laws, factory act provisions, and industrial relations. They will also possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a strategic mindset and ability to drive change.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all statutory labor laws, Factory Act provisions, and company policies.
- Implement and manage employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and morale.
- Address employee grievances through structured grievance redressal procedures.
- Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and drive effective recruitment.
- Lead onboarding, training, and capability-building programs to align with business needs.
