Key Position

The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for leading the HR function and providing strategic guidance on all areas of HR, Payroll and Learning and Development.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth reports on HR performance, Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development.
  • Ensure compliance with current regulations, professional standards, policies and procedures and legislation.
  • Manage the implementation of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Workforce Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition.
  • Develop a comprehensive plan for diversity, equality and inclusion that aligns with company values, business strategy and commitments.
  • Regularly coach, mentor and support senior colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.

Requirements

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR practices and experience working in HR departments.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.
