Job Summary

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise senior management on financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance, industry trends, and economic conditions.

Financial Planning and Analysis

The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for providing critical support to the CFO in driving business growth and improving profitability. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to senior management.
• Identifying areas of cost savings and implementing process improvements.

Fundraising and Investor Relations

The Fundraising and Investor Relations team is responsible for leading fundraising efforts and managing existing investor relationships. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading equity and debt fundraising efforts to meet group targets.
• Managing existing investors relations and lead team efforts to get on board new equity and debt investors.
• Apear as company spokesperson with news, media, and investors calls and update on company performance and progress.

Banking & Treasury Management

The Banking & Treasury Management team is responsible for managing banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations. Key responsibilities include:

• Manage banking relationships, credit facilities, and loan negotiations.
• Optimize working capital and cash flow management.
• Ensure effective treasury operations, hedging strategies, and liquidity planning.

Audit & Compliance

The Audit & Compliance team is responsible for leading statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero non-compliance. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring zero non-compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for process improvements.
• Establish and monitor internal control frameworks to safeguard assets and mitigate financial risks.

Taxation & Regulatory Compliance

The Taxation & Regulatory Compliance team is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes, optimizing tax strategies, and keeping abreast of changing tax laws. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensure accurate and timely filing of direct and indirect taxes.
• Optimize tax strategies to minimize liabilities while remaining compliant.
• Keep abreast of changing tax laws and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Investments & Capital Management

The Investments & Capital Management team is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, managing portfolio investments, and developing long-term capital and funding strategies. Key responsibilities include:

• Evaluate investment opportunities for ROI and strategic alignment.
• Manage portfolio investments, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Develop long-term capital and funding strategies.

Team Leadership & Development

The Team Leadership & Development team is responsible for building, mentoring, and leading high-performing finance and accounts teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing finance and accounts teams.
• Promote a culture of financial discipline and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through training, automation, and process optimization.
